This fixes libusb detection on FreeBSD. I don't have a simple program to test though, nor a specific peripheral that need such access. The first commit fixes maximized + fullscreen state combined; these should just be treated as fullscreen. However, we still need to do unset_maximized in this case so the actual state that we get from the compositor remains unmodified so we undo the maximize within one configure sequence.
