This is confusing to me. I assume `*pcGlyphs` is the number of glyphs already in a buffer of capacity `maxGlyphs`? In which case there appear to be some off-by-one errors here. What am I missing? -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/10612#note_139647
