On a very high latency - everything seems to be good. But with PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=120 I had an underflow and then 59 more. It crackled a lot and played on a higher speed for a short while afterwards. I don't know what caused the underflow, but there was a rather steep adjust just before that.
