[PATCH 0/1] MR11156: dinput: Lowercase device paths passed into insert_cache_entry() when reusing cache entries.

Fixes a bug in "Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth", which uses the path
returned by DIPROP_GUIDANDPATH to detect XInput devices.

We already do this in `cache_entry_create()`, but must have accidentally missed the case where we reuse a cache entry.
