[PATCH 0/1] MR11140: win32u: Always flush the window surface in expose_window_surface.

This matches the old behavior for winewayland before this function was introduced. For future work (like for fractional scaling or xdg-popup), expose does need to flush the window surface every single time, not just when there is an alpha mask.
