[PATCH 0/3] MR10944: ntdll: Use cooperative suspend for syscall callbacks.

This is a follow-up to !10903 for syscall callbacks, based on a patch by @bylaws. The tests are not fully deterministic, but they seem sufficient to trigger cooperative suspend in practice.
