[PATCH v4 0/1] MR11148: ksecdd.sys: Implement BCrypt* functions by redirecting to bcrypt.dll equivalents

I just found out that the functions were unimplemented in that file, but that a (mostly complete) implementation was available in the bcrypt.dll. Thus, I redirected those calls.
