What differentiates this from "WINEPREFIX=$XDG_DATA_HOME/wine"? Pretty much nothing and `WINEPREFIX=$XDG_DATA_HOME/wine` can be set even as of right now with current builds but the deal is kinda to switch the default dir like the title of the pr says
