Linking bug report fix for Battle.net flicker via this patch caused by latest dcomp-DCompositionCreateDevice2 added to wine-staging: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59631#c33 dcomp staging patch only requires 1 line fix to always use swapchain backbuffer_idx=0 in order to be compatible with this patch.
