[PATCH v2 0/1] MR10510: vbscript: Implement byte-string functions LenB, LeftB, RightB, MidB, InStrB, AscB, and ChrB.

These functions operate on raw bytes of the BSTR (UTF-16LE) data.
Also fix InStrB registration to accept 2 args minimum, matching Windows.
