[PATCH v25 0/2] MR10393: Draft: vbscript: Check named item dispatch for Dim variable names.

Matches native VBScript and prevents the dim-time refetch from
clobbering the runtime IDispatch cache when a host returns distinct
dispatches per GetItemInfo.
