If I choose no, Steam continues starting and connecting, after 5-15 seconds the system becomes unusable, with the amount of free memory dramatically decreasing before the crash. If I click yes, nothing is downloaded and wine acts as if I clicked no. This happens for all versions since 20050830 including CVS. There's another bug in the installer which reports an access violation. Maybe you could file it as a seperate bug. It's probably a bug in riched20.
