Not sure what error 126 is, but if someone could take a look and provide some options for tracing the problem, it would be appreciated. I could do a regression test, but IŽm not sure when the icon creation for this specific case started working.. Will check into this later.. I don't know if the set of files is complete; it's not the same as the set you get if you actually unpack all the cabs in RegisteredPackages/*.cab. I guess somebody's going to have to actually run an app that requires MDAC to see if the missing files are important or not.
