D'oh - Nice bug :-)
The macro is defined as alloc(type, count) and the code passes in WCHAR and
nLen+1. This becomes HeapAlloc for count*sizeof(type) which becomes
nLen+1*sizeof(WCHAR) - ie nlen + sizeof(WCHAR). Adding brackets to the macro
avoids the problem.

Thank you for attemting a fix so quickly.
I checked out wtsapi32.c, wtsapi32.spec, and wtsapi32.h,
ran 'make' in the dlls\wtsapi32 directory,
installed the resulting wtsapi32.dll.so, and
commented out my additions to my wine config file.
Now the program, chc08.exe, runs without crashing, but generates a superfluous
error. Here are the relevant lines of output, which do not occur when I use the
native .DLL:

Does it get further than the problem reproduced in this bug, ie do we know
this particular issue is resolved? (If so can we close it as fixed, then
concentrate on the trap in the other bug)
