Like why do you need *-devel | *-dev packagees. You can actually read information contained in those packages that say what they are for. Also it is impossible to account for each distribution out there. Some have 1 package some have 10. And all called something different. And it makes no sence to include all the possible dependancies in the user manual. Website is more complicated to change then README files included in the source tree. As far as requirements go, Wine tries not to make _hard_ dependancies on libraries that might not exist on all systems. I personally don't see anything here that needs to be fixed. I updated to currect cvs (just in case), wiped my C drive and .wine so its completely fresh, redownloaded it from your link (same file - diff'ed it to confirm), Installed (unchecking 3 boxes, as described) and still cant get it to run. Almost immediately on launch (no splash screen), I get an illegal instruction. In Origin this is a pretty normal list (one column, no header). Under Windows a click (w/o ctrl/shift simply selects one item; Under Wine it looks ok if you click once. Or if you click on an item below the currently selected one. But if you click upwards, it behaves as if you have had pressed "ctrl". If you click then a lower item (above the lowest), it de-selects all above the current one. I tried WINEDEBUG=+listview, but seemingly this is not the right debug channel.
