I tested the mshearts.exe from Windows 98SE, but as the debug output says it's 16 bit, I suppose it is the same binary as the one included in Windows 3.11 or earlier. Note that the Windows XP version works fine, but it does not support networking. The URL field points to a bzip2 archive containing mshearts.exe and cards.dll from Windows 98SE. So either my cvs version is messed up, or it is a regression that took place between 0.9.12 and now.
