The problem here is that Corel Draw handles reported postscript printers diffrent than "windows" printers. So in the case Corel detects a postscript printer, it directly generates postscript code. But this code is not processed by the local cups filter (for the selected printer). It rater sends the postscript code directly to the printer. But even if there whould be a postscript printer, it declares the code as raw text instead of postscript code.
