fails with
error CS2001: Source file
`Files/Mono-1.2.5.2/lib/mono/gtk-sharp-2.0/pango-sharp.dll' could not be found
(On Windows, it correctly complains that there's no entry point.)
The file "~/.wine/drive_c/Program
Files/Mono-1.2.5.2/lib/mono/gtk-sharp-2.0/pango-sharp.dll"
exists.
+relay shows a few clues.

Somehow when ${libdir} was expanded, some quotes were left off,
or something.
It kind of looks like the variable expansion is happening inside mono.
+all shows
000e:Call ntdll.strcmp(00155a30 "libdir",00155b78 "libdir") ret=672f5c28
000e:Ret ntdll.strcmp() retval=00000000 ret=672f5c28

000e:Call ntdll.strlen(00155bd0 "C:/Program Files/Mono-1.2.5.2/lib")
ret=672f3670
so presumably it's mono that is screwing up here.

Looked at this because of a complaint at
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=650937
The trial download of Nikon Camera Control Pro
installs ok, but when you start it, it
says there are zero days left in the trial.
Looking at +relay I see it does things like
CreateFileA("\\\\.\\SICE",...
so I imagine it's copy protected. It seems
to come with a .sys file, too. Bleah.

But when the version is set to 2000 or XP there is a dialog that saying that
Framemaker requires 2000 SP4, XP SP2 or Vista. GetVersionEx returns these
service packs. For Win2000 the build number is invalid (it corresponds to SP0,
not SP4) but for WinXP all the data seems correct.

Screenshot showing kwrite and Notepad doing font antialiasing.
As you can see in the attached file, while wine does a good job in antialiasing
and hinting fonts, subpixel rendering, using RGB (but i tested BGR too), is not
present.
I tried with ClientSideAntialiasWithCore=Y (ClientSideWithRender=N) and
ClientSideAntialiasWithRended=Y (ClientSideWithRender=Y), disabled any library
override, but it didn't help.

Terminal output
Wine version: 0.9.43
Distro: Gentoo Linux 2007.0
GCC version: gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2)
Program: Far Cry
No-cd patch applied.
By default Far Cry uses Direct3D9, this causes a segmentation fault upon
starting the game. As a work around, `r_Driver = "Direct3D9"` can be changed to
`r_Driver = "OpenGL"` in Program Files/Ubisoft/Crytek/Far Cry/system.cfg,
though it would of course be better if it worked out of the box.
I am attaching the terminal output (30kB->2.0kB bz2), the output with
WINEDEBUG=+relay (920MB->519kB), and the output with WINEDEBUG=+d3d
(40kB->2.6kB).
Note that this issue isn't present in the demo version.

Summary: Guild Wars terribly slow

Hi there, I am pretty new to this, so don't bash me if i did something wrong. I
looked in the bugs, and there were some regarding Guild Wars running not at
all, but my problem is something different:
Guild Wars starts pretty normally, then after connected to arena net, the main
game window appears in a few seconds-minutes. Then it becomes real carnage,
slideshow, i mean, horrible mess, like 1 frame per 5 seconds.
SW Wine configuration:
tried alternatives for Win98,W2K,WXP settings for GW.exe; tried -dx8, -opengl
(doesnt work at all), -dx9 swithes, tried -noshaders, nosound, dsound, nothing
helped.
Distro: Elive Gem 1.0. - basically Debian Etch
HW:
AMD64 3000+ on ondemand k8 powernow module
512 MB ram
ati Radeon 9550 128MB graphics card
(these should not be the limits, since game runs smooth on windows)
I will post any log or anything, just tell me what to do. Thanks.
