This script is independent of wine so it can't be a wine bug. (You can crash windows too doing something similar). All I can say is that my old script I used years ago used to work. I'm not familiar with this bug number, but I do believe the error message having to deal with the ApiHooks is long in the past, as I haven't seen it reported in ages. What I did was I had to fiddle around with the disk and finally figured out that if I open another new tab in my terminal window, and reran the winefile d:\\ then double clicked autorun, went back to the install window and hit "yes" again that it accepted the disk. It asks me "Please insert disk 2 into tray?" I click "Yes" and the same dialog pops up again and does nothing. I also get exactly the same debug output.
