There is only one line echo'd into the terminal which is: err:ole:TLB_ReadTypeLib Loading of typelib L"oleacc.dll" failed with error 1812 And nothing else. I'm seeing the problem with the help button in the PAF application, which I think uses HtmlHelp or something similar to that.
