I've been doing a lot of testing lately and this one is really difficult to reproduce. Because of that it's probably going to be *very* difficult to fix. But I did notice something that may help. It always seems to crash for me either when I'm shooting at someone (or something, such as a vent) or I'm being shot at. I was just in an HL2DM server (which I was able to join fine) and it crashed when I was dueling someone with the gravity gun. I also notice a similar pattern of behavior with CS: Source.
