Hello,
what's the problem with this?
I already stated in comment #19 how it works.
If you dont believe it, i attached an extended version of Lei Zhang test case
with hook, which automates cancel.

never noticed any performance loss. I did notice that memory usage seemed to
rise steadily (starting out around 26% and topping out around 42%), but I
don't particularly suspect a memory leak, I think it was simply caching
things.
I'm running it on relatively fast hardware (Athlon X2 4200+ with a Geforce
7950 GT and 2G of RAM), so I wouldn't really expect to see slowdowns, though.
