This happens to me in certain installation screens of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and also in TED Notepad. TED is a simple Notepad replacement, and should display well. I have posted several screenshots on the web. It's only there to be copied by the installer. I can't reproduce this problem, the initial problem reported in this bug report shows the user running the program incorrectly, eg, not changing directory first.
