Pretty straightfoward problem: using the default configuration, the scepter cursor draws almost flawlessly, but it doesn't hide the X cursor, so the scepter gets drawn under the X cursor. This is probably a duplicate of something, but I can't find anything obvious with a simple Bugzilla search. I don't use BIDI so I have no idea what's required. A good bug report has steps required to reproduce the bug. It doesn't seem like you're going to fix the bug, so someone who chooses to fix the bug needs these steps. If it's as simple as 'Set language to X, then run notepad and observe the menus' then just say that.
