Heck, it doesn't even install. It gets stuck on the first dialog. The download unpacks to .wine/drive_c/Program Files/Jasc Software Inc/Setup Files/English PaintShopPro903 Jasc TRYANDBUY PCUESD and you can just install the .msi file there to reproduce the problem.
