The fonts of the drawed structures are shown as black squares so are the
Atom-symbols. To see how this bug looks i have addes some screens in the appdb
of the programm.

You need to update to the latest version of the game to get passed the profile
selection. You can either patch in virtualbox, vmware, etc .. or downgrade to
an older version of wine to get the patch working.

I understand that +relay makes the bug disappear. I just wanted to see
the APIs calls sequence that may lead to the observed behaviour.

I'm sorry, but that's your responsibility as a bug reporter and the person
the bug is assigned to. Besides, I have no a motivation to work on this bug
since obviously I have no use for this feature.

The relays will look the same and it will work with the relay option turned on.
I have been discussing about this on IRC but no real solution here. On another
computer with somewhat same configuration it works. This might be related to my
kernel version or something.
Updating all my software now.

How large is the +relay,+seh,+tid,+ver log compressed with 'bzip2 -9'?
If it's under 2Mb can you generate 2 logs (one with current source, and
another with the patch reverted) and attach them here?

It doesn't change anything that would make sense. The parameter is not
NULL and there is no difference about what the function returns. It
just wont work with the game without the relayed function call.
This has something to do with wine's memory management as the patch
doesn't really do anything sane?

Off course it will fail, is a patch from 2 years ago, I just want that some
