Can duplicate by running DokuWiki on a Stick (http://www.splitbrain.org/blog/2007-12/01-dokuwiki_on_a_stick), which runs on MicroApache, in Wine. Just run Wine as root, opening mapache.exe, and open your browser to http://localhost:8800/ and the errors will appear in the console.
