It looks as if some logic is trying to be used so that the window would move into the adjacent workspace since this only happens if you try to push the window close to the border. End result is that the window disappears from current workspace but doesn't appear in any other workspace. Expected result would probably either be that the window would be bound inside the workspace or then it could be freely moved between workspaces.
