Looks like a NULL returned by RtlDecodePointer is not expected by Photoshop.

It doesn't look like a comctl32 problem but the OpenGL child window problem -
the app loads opengl32.dll and glu32.dll. I don't know how to check it for sure
but I think it's probably enough to change the component.

Please ignore this comment.
My application seems to be over-lapped and clipped by the DE (?) which makes it
look like it's being forced into a window.

The program works correctly now thanks to our GL child window rendering
support. (At least on nvidia hardware it works fine; not all drivers support
this properly yet but they are catching up).

Well, yes, that function is implemented now... but
it doesn't work. I looked, and you don't have a test
case for http:// urls, it seems. The app tries to
fetch a remote page, and InternetCrackUrl is called by
urlmon, but not in a way that even preserves the hostname;
it clearly only is thinking about file urls, and
that's all you test at the moment.
I've changed the summary slightly to reflect the new status.
I'm attaching a busted patch to add an http test case
for that function. No idea what a real test for it would
look like.
