OK, looking at this again because a user was complaining
that firefox with flash crashed for him in wine,
http://sapincher.livejournal.com/45568.html
Installed both Firefox 2 and Firefox 3 beta with the script
export WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine-firefox
rm -rf $WINEPREFIX
export WINE=$HOME/wine-git/wine
/home/dank/wine-git/tools/wineprefixcreate
$WINE ~/installers/misc/Firefox\ Setup\ 2.0.0.14.exe
$WINE ~/installers/misc/Firefox\ Setup\ 3.0\ Beta\ 5.exe
$WINE ~/installers/adobe/install_flash_player.exe
sh ~/winezeug/winetricks -q fontfix corefonts
where install_flash_player.exe is the latest from adobe, 9.0 r124.
Both Firefox 2 and Firefox 3 beta 5 have trouble with the flash
benchmark at http://www.powerflasher.de/bench/
Run it in the browser; on the third test, it does crazy
stuff (negative numbers of lines) and doesn't display anything.
Works fine on native Firefox.
Firefox 3 beta 4 and 5 both crash when they try to display http://heise.de
It's happened straightaway each of five times I tried it.
Doesn't happen on native or on windows.

Summary: Can't rotate cannon (mouse controlled) more than 120
degress in Hard Truck Apocalypse
Product: Wine
Version: 1.0-rc1
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: winex11.drv
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: johan.palmqvist(a)home.se
Mouse input seems a bit strange when trying to rotate the cannon 360 degrees
(it's needed to survive in the game). It seems to get stuck when I try to
rotate more than 120 degrees or something (I've seen the same or a similar
problem in Pariah too).

Did you mean to resolve this as later?

Then it's invalid, not abandoned.

If you do
wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks
sh winetricks dotnet11 wsh56 win2k
the installer seems to finish ok.
You can then try to register it and type in your eval
registration number. That fails, but that's a different bug; the
original one is close enough to fixed for now.
