make[2]: *** [menu.o] Error 1
There is a workaround: Edit the Makefile in ./dlls/user32/tests
to remove the CTESTS target = menu.c; make then proceeds to completion,
and wine apparently installs and runs normally. I did not try make test;
I would assume it would run.
There is a bug reporting that '"make test" usually fails' (#9916). This syntax
problem in menu.c may be the reason for it.

The same thing happened with me in version 0.9.58 (as commented before), this
behavior is not rc5 exclusive.

Looks like its fixed, tried alt+tab'ing in 1.0-rc4 and did not get any drop in
FPS.

The problem is unrelated to the actual resizing action. It doesn't matter if I
have µTorrent/Wine running or not when resizing, once I try using it with dual
monitors the systray icon breaks and I …
[View More]can't get it back unless I run with a
single monitor. This of course includes tests with restarting the computer etc
after switching resolutions, to make sure it's not the actual resizing breaking
things.
And yes, I do experience bug 13034 too if I have µTorrent running when
switching resolutions. And just to be sure, I moved the systray to the other
monitor (and other panels) as well, same problem there.

I can't reproduce this bug with 1.0-rc4 and Picasa 2.7.

Still in wine 1.0 rc 5 I am able to install using "wine eject" but see similar
problem to #9002. Unless using "wine eject" …
[View More]should not be done when switching
cds during installation, then this bug should be marked closed.

As of wine 1.0 rc 5, I still see this error when installing. Now something that
may be weird, when during the install asked to switch to disc 2 I have to run
the command "wine eject". Yet, after that is installed and it asks again for
disc 1, I am able to eject the cd from pushing the eject button on my cd-rom
drive. Still, even though this error comes up, I am able to start and run the
game fine.

BTW, using DCOM98 does enable VBA usage, but inhibits the execution of more
instances of excel, giving the "IOPL not enabled" error when trying to execute
second instance.
Opening more files in a single excel instance dows work.
Ciao
