Patches create_tables to run when apidb does not exist
The create_table script has the following commands :
mysql -p -u root apidb < create_user.sql
cat create_apidb_base.sql appdb_tables.sql \
prefs_list.sql user_list.sql user_prefs.sql \
user_privs.sql app_category.sql \
maintainers.sql buglinks.sql monitors.sql \
error_log.sql distributions.sql testResults.sql \
| mysql -p -u root apidb
Removing the apidb database specification after mysql commands fixes this and
the script continues as expected.
Patch attached

In Word 2003, copying and pasting a textbox widget in a drawing canvas results
in a picture of the text in the textbox being pasted instead of a duplicate
textbox.
Using native riched20, riched32, msxml3. Forcing built-in using winecfg doesn't
change this behaviour.

Hi,
I cannot enter the CD key to "Supreme Commander" fully as the input fields are
too narrow for some sections. In particular "UMW2" does not fit into field 4 as
shown below.
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-4444-XXXX
This is similar to bug# 9924, which is closed.
Applying the winetricks or dpi workaround described there does not work for me.
I am running Ubuntu 8.04 (2.6.24-19-generic) @ 1680x1050.
This is the first time I use wine. Please let me know if you need more infos.
Regards,
HC

Summary: Diablo LOD/Starcraft, no sound with ALSA
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.0
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: Shirakawasuna(a)gmail.com
When running either Starcraft (any version) or Diablo II (any version,
including Lord of Destruction), the intros play fine with the default ALSA
configuration, but once the actual game is loaded, all sound functionality
ceases. The broken sound continues even if one exits and returns back to the
main menu, which has no issues when the programs are first run.
However, if one runs the same wine command with "aoss" prepended, everything
works fine.
I would include more information, but the wine output does not seem to be very
helpful. It seems others are having this problem as well:

With some help files, on clicking a link Wine winhelp shows the new page
part-way down, not from the top.
To demonstrate, download winehelp_bugs.tar.bz2 from
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=14574
and load winrisk.hlp into Wine winhelp.
Resize the window to be about half its original width and height. Click the
Contents button. The view moves about half-way down the page. Click "Revision
History". The view is over half-way down the page.
In both cases, Windows 95 WINHLP32.EXE remains at the top of the page.
