Created an attachment (id=16233)
--> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=16233)
demo to replicate the problem
1. unpack the archive into C:\Program Files\ directory, so 1.bat will appear in
C:\Program Files\php5
2. download php5 distro http://www.php.net/distributions/php-5.2.6-Win32.zip
3. unpach the archive into C:\Program Files\php5 directory, so php-cgi.exe will
appear in it. You need only php-cgi.exe and php5ts.dll. All the other files
from the archive can be safely removed.
4. Now you have C:\Program Files\php5 with the following files:
php-cgi.exe, php5ts.dll, 1.bat, 1.php
5. run wine cmd
6. cd C:\Program Files\php5
7. run 1.bat
It works fine under Windows and dumps out phpinfo. It won't work under Wine
telling that input file is not specified.

Basicly it's what comment #5 already contains.
Could you please check if you can replicate the problem with it?

Why not a shell script?

> Can you get the problem to go away by reducing the number of variables you set?
yes. The problem appears only with some sufficiently big number of variables or
their length. It may not appear with very small number of short variables.
> If so, please provide a "good" script with a smaller number of variables
to go along with your "bad" script.
The original code where I'm calling php.exe is written in Delphi, but I guess
it's not appropriate for the report. So I'll try to create demo in plain C.

Can you get the problem to go away by reducing the number of variables you set?
If so, please provide a "good" script with a smaller number of variables
to go along with your "bad" script. Having both would be somewhat more
convincing.

thanks Dan Kegel for considering this report at all, but it is definitely not
invalid. Perhaps, the details are more complicated than you expected, so feel
free to ask I'll be gladly provide more details.
FYI I've checked wine1.0 shipped through the FedoraCore 8 updates, and the
problem with php.exe running as CGI still in effect.

Summary: Graph 4.4 can't minimise
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.4
Platform: PC-x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: tagrain(a)gmail.com
It is impossible to minimize Graph: when you minimize it the window re-opens.
You notice a small 1 pixel + decoration window is "behind" the Graph window.
Same issue in 1.1.3; works flawlessly in wine 1.1.2

Bug still present on Wine 1.1.5, using Office 2007.
But it doesn't just apply to Equation Editor. The same happens if I try to
insert an Excel worksheet or a Powerpoint drawing.
Maybe wine is not aware of the installed applications?
