The installer file of IMatch creates a Start Menu entry when running in Windows
2000 Professional (no matter if natively installed or running in a VirtualBox),
but does not in WINE. In WINE only 2 desktop icons are created: "IMatch
3.6.lnk" with the MS Windows icon on it, and "IMatch 3.6" with the usual IMatch
icon.

Summary: Call Of Duty 4: regression, graphical glitches in
1.1.25 (post-processing works intermittently)
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.25
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: directx-d3d
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: amoswenger(a)gmail.com
In Wine 1.1.24, Call Of Duty 4 has absolutely no graphical glitches, once Depth
of Field and Glow are disabled.
But since Wine 1.1.25, often there are glitches where post-processing seems to
be temporarily disabled for a few milliseconds, regularly. This results in
quick flashes and it makes it nearly impossible to play certain missions
(especially President Fulani-something cinematic, near the beginning).
Sometimes, the graphic post-processing is blur and again it flickers between a
blurred and a non-blurred image. Sometimes also the post-processing disabling
stick, and it only disappears when getting back to the menu (Esc) and back
again to the game (Esc again).

Summary: Mouse visible when it shouldn't be in Quake Live

In Quake Live (essentially an online quake 3, free to play and download), the
mouse always shows up, centered (being a FPS, the mouse should be hidden).
I was able to install the game by going to http://www.quakelive.com/,
registering. I used winetricks for 'firefox3' and 'flash', installed their
plugin (wine msiexec /i QuakeLiveNP.msi), and played the game.
I could post a screen shot if it'd help, but it doesn't sound necessary.

In S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl, parts of grass are disappearing and
appearing on wrong locations. E.g. there's some area where there is no grass as
should be but there's some grass on the road where it shouldn't be. The grass
keeps appearing and disappearing as I move and look around, also if I stay on
the same posistion I think.
With UseGLSL=disabled everything looks fine.

Summary: libgklayout.dll compiled from mingw fails to load
(.dll from Firefox)
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.22
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: loader
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: sylvain.pasche(a)gmail.com
This is with wine from git (version wine-1.1.22-51-g85b6189) on Ubuntu 9.04,
32bit.
Steps to reproduce:
- Download Mozilla source from http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/
- Follow the instructions at
https://developer.mozilla.org/index.php?title=En%2FCross_Compile_Mozilla_fo…
for cross compiling it (I had to do some adjustments to the source in order to
compile).
- copy libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll in the $objdir/dist/bin directory (required by
mingw).
- Try to load Firefox.
It fails to load, because a required .dll fails to load. The Firefox output is:
*** Registering components in: Apprunner
nsNativeModuleLoader::LoadModule("Z:\home\sypasche\moz\cross\objdir-i686-mingw32\dist\bin_deref\components\gklayout.dll")
- load FAILED, rv: 80004003, error:
