It is impossibile to enter in any game after logging in to battle.net (with

commenting line

I have logged the program with WINEDEBUG=+relay. With it the program doesn't

I'm attaching three screenshots that illustrates this bug.
On first - only in in-game videos, when some character specking from 'video
communication' window (when 3d portraits enabled in games settings, of course),
it's enlarged and upside-downed portrait is shown in upper-left corner.
On second and third - In same upper-left corner we may see some parts of
dynamic surrounding's textures. This bugimage changes or dissapears as we move
camera over landscape. Mission on "Red Stone" is most affected - there is
almost no camera positions, where this bug isn't visible.
There is no such bug on orm=pbuffer or orm=backbuffer.

sources from the git repository (commit
5d4a7433a64dae95713fecb8a3d6c4f2a471ca37).
I installed the game, and it seems to be running perfectly : menus are well
displayed, sound works. But when playing a game, I can only see the minimap and
the menus (see the attachment), which makes the game impossible to play.
My configuration :
Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 @ 2.26Ghz
3GB of RAM
Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller
(driver : i915).
Though it's definitely not the best computer to play Starcraft II, the game
runs fine on Windows 7.

Summary: EvE Online;Salvage Beams and Warp (or so i think) are
rendered incorrectly and cause a FPS drop

Platform: PC-x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement

ReportedBy: gajo01(a)gmail.com
As the summary says. salvage beams are rendered incorrectly: white garbled
textures instead of red light, and warp looks pixelated (i'm assuming these two
are caused by the same thing).
I'm using wine 1.1.19 patched with
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=20410, I have Nvidia 7600 GT (it
wouldn't render any models before applying those fixes). I'm runing 64bit
Archlinux, I'm using wine through 32 chrooted environment. In both the chrooted
environment and in the 64bit environment I'm using the same version of the
driver, the bug exhibits both on 185.19-2 (my current) and 180.44-1.
I've also talked in the ingame linux channel, and it seemed that someone else
is having the same problem (altough he has the same graphics card), reportedly
it started happening from the newest patch (I wouldn't know as I wasn't playing
the game).
I've tried nearly all sorts of eve options : shadows off/on, HDR off/on, Bloom
off/on, Dither off/on. The resulting images were taken with all of it off.
tractor beam bug http://img66.imageshack.us/img66/1689/tractorbeam.jpg
warp bug http://img158.imageshack.us/img158/8041/warp.jpg
(not so visible, but you can see that it's pixeleted if you look closly)
My config files:

important part of user.reg http://codepad.org/4F3IjOQ1
entire user.reg http://codepad.org/5hMhGnKF
glxinfo (glxinfo is the same in 64bit and 32bit chroot):
http://codepad.org/fPOKCSny
My error log: The error log also includes switches done when changing options,
not just the errors that happened while playing. Since the log is _huge_ (some
42MBs), i've decided to get the unique lines with uniq and sort them in
descending order, the first number displays occurances:

Summary: Wrongly escaped path in cmdline of desktop icon
Product: Wine
Version: 1.3.1
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: giulioo(a)gmail.com
System: Ubuntu 10.04 / Wine 1.3.1 (binary from ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa)
There's an app (cannot post a link to it) which when installed on Windows will
create a Desktop icon/link with a command line like this
"C:\Program Files\App\app.exe" "C:\Program Files\App\config.file"
When installing this app on wine-1.1.x all is working properly, meaning a
desktop icon is created with the following command line (I'm omitting ENV...)
wine "C:\Program Files\App\app.exe" "C:\Program Files\App\config.file"
However, both with wine 1.2 and 1.3.1 there's a problem with the desktop
icon command line, which is now:
wine C:\\Program Files\\App\\app.exe \"C:\\Program Files\\App\\config.file\"
that is:
- no quotes around the program name
- double back-slashes everywhere
- back-slash before quotes around the config file
Unfortunately this will result in the app starting but not getting the config
file right, and so it will start in "default mode".
To make it work I need to edit the wine icon cmd line, ie changing \" into "
at the beginning and at the end of the config file path.
Note that the link in menu "Wine -> Program Files -> App -> linkname"
is ok, and if I right click on it and choose "add to desktop" the new desktop
icon is ok too because it uses a completely different approach in the cmdline
(uses a command pointing to the .lnk file).
Do you think this is a problem with the app or with the way Wine is now
escaping the paths?

See dlls/rpcrt4/epm_c.c . For example the 'object' parameter of ept_map().
We have (in include/wine/dcetypes.idl)
typedef [ptr] GUID *uuid_p_t;
and (in include/wine/epm.idl)
ept_map(..., uuid_p_t object, ...)
So 'object' should be a full ptr, which is what midl generates. On the other
hand widl generates a reference ptr.
It looks like this should be fixed up in parser.y:set_type() somewhere.

With wine-1.1.44-19-gd2a0188, after installing the Guitar Pro 5.2 demo, then
launching and dismissing the trial nag dialog and initial setup, pressing
Ctrl+B (or going to File -> Browser... menu) brings up a file browser dialog.
Expanding a drive letter, such as C:\, shows directory subitems, but an
extraneous ":" item appears at the top of the directory listing also.
Attempting to expand this item causes a dialog box to display complaining of an
access violation, and expanding directory subitems causes the ":" item to also
be added to their respective subdirectory lists. Using native comctl32 makes
the problem disappear, and a +treeview log is attached.
