The only thing it does is spit out a few fixme's (shdocvw) and then exits. With native shdocvw (and shlwapi) the update screen comes up fine and the update process goes fine. However , while trying to start the game it just hangs. I downloaded and launched hapedit. Font seems fine to me, but clicking on the "Browser" button fails to launch a browser to preview the current document. I peered at +reg traces but didn't see how it's trying to detect the default browser. If you right click an entry in the treeview on the left side of that window and select 'New Folder' it'll crash with an access violation.
