Summary: Rise of Nations: Both mouse keys required for single
left-click
Product: Wine
Version: 1.0.0
Platform: PC
URL: http://www.microsoft.com/games/thronesandpatriots/downlo
ads.aspx
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P4
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: kennybobs(a)o2.co.uk
I don't know when this first started, but this is apparent in Wine 1.0.0
through 1.1.16.
The cursor in Rise of Nations and it's expansion Thrones and Patriots ignores
right-clicks and left-clicks. Clicking BOTH left and right mouse button acts
as a left click.
There is a workaround. Editing the rise2.ini file, setting "ForceGDICursor=1"
allows the cursor/mouse to behave normally. It also corrects a transparency
problem with the cursor.
I don't know what traces might be relevant here...

Summary: Set mime type for log files are text/plain
Product: WineHQ Bugzilla

Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: bugzilla-unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: thestig(a)google.com
Right now whenever someone attaches a .log file, Bugzilla auto-detects the mime
type as text/x-log. Many web browsers are set to download files with that mime
type, rather than just opening the file in the web browser. This is rather
annoying.
Can we change the mime types for .log files to text/plain instead? I believe
the code is in Bugzilla/Attachment.pm.

OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW

ReportedBy: kennybobs(a)o2.co.uk
Internet Explorer 2.0 for Windows 95 fails to install with an INST32.DLL error:
"ThunkConnect32 Failure!!"
This is followed by a second dialog stating:
"A required DLL or function entry point in a required DLL is missing."
The entire console output is:
err:thunk:_loadthunk (INST16.DLL, instthk_ThunkData16, INST32.DLL): Unable to
load 'INST16.DLL', error 2
Wine has to be set to Win95 mode to install.
Workaround is manual extraction.
Same in latest git.

Screenshot of the bug.
When Burger Shop is fullscreen(default behavior), the window is displayed on
the top left corner of the screen. The graphics are distorted a little bit and
the clicks are made as if the screen was actually placed in the middle of the
screen.
In the screenshot attached, note:
1) The slightly distorted graphics
2) How my mouse is positioned in the middle of the screen, and the "Challenge
Mode" is highlighted. All clicks have a position relevant to the center of the
screen instead of the top left.

Installer from Quicktime 2.1.2 exits silently.
Apparently the only available version is from oldversion.com
However, I also have a copy that comes with another app that installs fine. It
*might* have something to do with the lzexpand DLLs.
Failing version prints these lines and then exits:
trace:loaddll:NE_FreeModule Unloaded module "LZEXPAND.DLL" : builtin
trace:loaddll:free_modref Unloaded module
L"C:\\windows\\system32\\lzexpand.dll16" : builtin
trace:loaddll:free_modref Unloaded module L"C:\\windows\\system32\\lz32.dll" :
builtin
Whereas the working version prints this line and continues:
trace:loaddll:free_modref Unloaded module L"C:\\windows\\system32\\lz32.dll" :
builtin
I can upload the working version too if needed.
