I encountered this problem when I try to play a MMORPG game EVE Online through wine-1.5.25. The problem consist in that the Luncher.exe of the application doesn't work correctly, as it should. First it check for any update or patch of the game, then the application should start. It looks like the Launcher.exe start work correctly but when the application is in the status of downloading the update then it shows this error that is attached. It looks to me that there is some problem with the space available in the temp folders of the virtual c drive, this is what I've understood from the error report till now. If you've artificially increased the DPI (LogPixels registry key) to make the print larger, and/or you are using a high-resolution screen (e.g. the OLPC's 200dpi screen), it can be difficult to see where the mouse is. It would be nice if the mouse pointer increased size in proportion to everything else. It's possible to maximize it and to fullscreen it. (This is related to the bug 10839.)
