Up to version Anzio version 16.0 it worked fine with Wine (1.1.x, 1.2, 1.3.1) I tried upgrading to the latest version (16.2) and this will raise an error and is then terminated (works fine in Windows). I'm experiencing the same issue with Wine versions 1.1.42, 1.2, 1.3.1. Steps to reproduce: 1) Download and install (9MB) http://www.anzio.com/pub/anzio16/anziowinsetup.exe Installation completes w/o any error. 2) Click on the desktop icon, you are requested to choose a language, choose English, then see the error (EExternalException in module ntdll.dll ...) I'm attaching the terminal output and the debug output (bzipped) for wine versione 1.3.1 (if this is something you can resolve it would be nice to get this solved in 1.2 too, if not even in 1.1.x). I saw a mailing list discussion about this problem but I got the impression this wasn't going to be changed anytime soon (because it's "good enough"). Well, it isn't. As wrong as it may be, some programs rely on parsing other programs debug output, and this breaks down in wine. The specific application I'm having trouble with is FF7Music, some hack that uses debug output to replace the music in Final Fantasy VII.
