My 370 is still labeled, but the render drivers are set back to the newest drivers to work with the 5600 and limits the game as such, despite that the 370 can render Skyrim in Ultra and the launcher suggests ultra. Can be reproduce with the demo version too. Tried 'orm=backbuffer', 'strictdrawordering=enabled', disabling GLSL but none of them fixed the issue. The problem doesn't exist with the CSMT patchset.
