Windows 95 prefix, installing bde252 causes output in comment #18 with
wine-staging 2.14. Without bde252 it shows EDatabaseError.

It's MSHTML issue then. IPersistFile::Load is not implemented.

Since launching the game the cursor appears at the center of the screen, when
you move the mouse, the cursor will move too but will rapidly move to the
center again the problem is present:
-before the main menu starts
-in the main menu
-in the menu while in-game
+probably in-game
while in-game there's no cursor so there'd be no easy way to make sure,
however, the camera doesn't actually follow the mouse movement and behaves as
the bug described, which makes playing the game with kb/m almost unplayable as
one can't aim(in case of using a secondary weapon that is meant to be aimed) or
move the camera accurately.
The problem is likely related to the stubs attached.
