A short time after I unpacked it Avira anti-virus claimed the joy.cpl was a trojan they have named TR/Crypt.ZPACK.Gen2. I have no idea if this is a false positive or not. Setup windows of Final Fantasy XIV are stretched out to the point of becoming unusable, as seen in the attachment below.
