Screenshot and output image from WINE 1.7.15 and Windows XP SP3
I've used Microsoft Paint on WINE, most tools work fine.
But I found that when I set line thickness to > 1px (using Line tool)
then use Rectangle tool to create a rectangle, those rectangle will have
round corners, rather than a regular sharp corner that it produces on Windows.
Screenshot from WINE (1.7.15) and Windows (XP SP3) also attached,
output file from both configuration also attached too.
First rectangle is 5px-thick, second is 11px-thick
(select 5px and press ^+ 6 times).
Note: For knot on the top-left corner of rectangle (invisible in the
screenshot, but it's there, and got into the output),
I've filed it as a different issue: bug #35984
Microsoft Paint 5.1.2600.5512 (mspaint.exe from Windows XP SP3)

WINE: 1.7.15 (git), set to Windows version XP

To reproduce:
Create 32-bit wineprefix
winetricks dotnet45
navigate to CD and run setup.exe

I created a clean prefix and installed Kaluach version 3.2.44.26 (latest -
www.kaluach.com).
The hebrew wasn't displayed properly (see attached Kaluach without font
tahoma.png).
Later I installed the tahoma font (using winetricks). Some of the problems were
fixed. But, still some of the hebrew text is missing and some of it is mirrored
(see attached Kaluach with font tahoma). All the errors are marked.
I also attached the correct screenshot from Windows.

I'm able to save cities however it adds the file extention twice. For example
if I save a city as "Rail City" a file is saved as "Rail City.sc2 .sc2". I
have not tried loading that save on my window 7 machine.
When attempting to load a city no files are shown in the open file window.
There is no option to show all files. Folders are displayed correctly.
Someone made a patch to install sim city 2000 on windows vista through 10. It
has an option to patch the executable. I have tried that however there doesn't
seem to be any diference.
For the record Loading and saving is glitchy on my windows 7 Machine. I
preformed a fresh install on my Mac through Wine.

crash report from wine
Pretty much all old games stopped working, as in anything pre-directx 9.
Examples include Anachronox, Arcanum, Kult: Heretic Kingdoms.
Some non-old games also do, such as Test Drive Unlimited 2 and Driftmoon.
I can't discern the pattern between the games that work and the games that
don't but it seems to be affecting mostly pre-dx9 games.
I'm running Arch Linux and using the currently latest proprietary Nvidia
drivers 384.59 (arch package 384.59-4).
All of the mentioned games launch in wine staging 2.13 and in vanilla Wine
2.14.
An example of a crash report is in the attachment.

When playing Alien Swarm, one of the in-game fonts usually exhibits some degree
of corruption; by which I mean that characters are either not rendered or only
their bounding box is. The character still takes up space. The degree of damage
varies from start to start, and may vary in a single session. The nature of the
damage also varies, although disappearing glyphs are the most common symptom.
A similar effect has been observed in Dawn of War: Dark Crusade.
I'm using fglrx from ati-drivers 10.4; I also tried 10.7 and it made no
difference.
I tried resetting .wine; no difference.
I tried removing /usr/share/fonts via chroot/symlink hax; no difference.
I screwed with UseFastTLS in xorg.conf; no difference.
I tried wine 1.1 and 07-30-10 git head .. no difference.
I'm quite simply out of ideas.

two builds produce different content
Per:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/ht…
"...two builds of the same program on the same host to always produce
consistent build-ids and binary content."
This consistent "binary content" does not happen right now. There is also bug
41342. But this one should about uninitialized variable in WIDL.

Has been happening for some time now, probably coincidental with when the
active work on DirectX 10+ began. The game previously rendered normally, at
least without visible artifacts. Now there are visual artifacts in the form of
random polygons popping from the horizon to the camera. If you need a visual
reference, here's a video. https://youtu.be/75Gd9iHFPWI Here is a single
screenshot. https://i.imgur.com/FHPchhb.png
Changing graphics quality settings doesn't affect it. CSMT doesn't affect it
either.
I'm using Arch Linux, an NVidia GPU with proprietary drivers. The prefix is 32
bit with .NET 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 installed (3.5 is required to run the game).

Running a .NET executable with 64-bit Mono version 5.18.0 from
https://www.mono-project.com/download/stable/#download-win crashes when
attempting to start any executable. Earlier versions of Mono have worked.
The easiest way to reproduce this is to run the mcs.bat file included in the
distribution. No source code is needed, it's enough to run the file with no
arguments.
This bug blocks upstream merges into Wine Mono.

Hi there,
I just tried to ran Native Instruments Kontakt 5 and received a crash message.
As a workaround, I added msvcp140 "native, builtin" loader priority, then it
took the provided dll and Kontakt works now.
Still, there seems one Getcat method overload to be unimplemented.
Thanks for the great project and the endless efforts! :-)

Regression in D2 LoD v1.13. After some wine upgrades I've tried running D2 LoD
and received "Access_violation (c0000005)" error.
I've checked few different wine versions and got following results:
wine-vanilla-3.0.3 - ok
wine-vanilla-3.18 - Unhandled exception: Access_violation (c0000005)
wine-vanilla-3.21 - Unhandled exception: Access_violation (c0000005)
I've tried using clear wine prefix and error was gone. But after that I ran
D2VidTst.exe, chose "Direct3D" instead of "DirectDraw (2D)" there, and issue
reappeared.
I ran git bisect and got following result:

I'm using Wine for playing some games (in most times, Need For Speed Most

But, when I try to play them with a USB controller (I've tried an parallel Xbox

are reduced drastically (since them works as well at 30-40 fps, with USB
controllers, they are running between 10-15 fps). Not tried other games. Note:
using Valve's Steam Proton, all games (on my Steam account, I'm playing
Overcooked, Max Payne 3, Xpand Rally Xtreme, Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft
Auto San Andreas) that runs inside Proton works correctly when using USB

To reproduce the bug:
1)Download the program from http://www.fraps.com/download.php

4)Go to the FPS section
5) As you can see there are graphic errors and the hotkeys (F11 and F12) don't
work.
