I tried to delete ~/.wine and run it again, but same error on 1.4.47, and it still works on 1.4.46. That seems like a regression somewhere. I was using an old version of SQLyog so I tried to update to the latest version (available here: https://github.com/webyog/sqlyog-community/wiki/Downloads ) but I keep getting the crash, only with 1.4.47 again.
