BUG 31360 its the only thing that keeps bound to Windows
This is related to bug 31360. Seems like DLL ends up in the wrong folder. I
belive its called "Sw DocumentMgr.dll"

The game works fine under windows system.
When moving mouse slowly, cursor wrongly move to bottom right.
Set mouse sensitivity to 1.00 make this problem more obvious.
