Now it can't. Not sure which wine version this got broken in. (wmp11 can still play .wma files, but the installation is miserable (requiring flipping between multiple windows versions to complete the "first run") and the UI is totally busted. I tried running winecfg and got the errors that can be found in the attachment and after them Wine just stops.
