Summary: mIRC Script Editor file writing error
Product: Wine
Version: 20040813
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Component: wine-kernel
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: sapiens(a)fbi.hu
I'm using mIRC 6.16, but this error occurs in every versions since 6.03, i think.
If I'm opening the "Script Editor" (alt +R), and write a script (or only load
one and after I edit it), I can't leave blank lines:
when i close the dialog, or only change the tabs, the blank lines will be filled
with a random script line, beginning with a string (I cant Paste it, it gives
here an 'u' string).
for example, if i write this script:
alias helloworld {
echo -s Hello World!!!
}
the result will be this:
alias helloworld {
echo -s Hello World!
uecho -s Hello World!
}
and the mIRC want to execute the 'uecho' command too, but it can be dangerous,
if an 'uecho' command is writed too.

Summary: crash in Shadow Keeper when trying to open a saved game
Product: Wine
Version: 20040813
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-misc
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: pelzlpj(a)eecs.umich.edu
Shadow Keeper is a saved game editor for Baldur's Gate 2. Both executable and
source are available here:
http://www.mud-master.com/shadowkeeper/
Shadow Keeper 2.1.4 starts up OK, but selecting File->Open Saved Game or
clicking the open icon causes a "page fault on read access".
I'll attach the backtrace. I wasn't able to get a useful relay trace--with
relay active, the program didn't seem to get to its initial disk scan (at least
not before the trace file became prohibitively large).

Unfortunately, I don't have time to do a regression test on this one, but it
appears that this bug is fixed in wine-20040716.
I have tested it out on a couple of files (both simple and complex) and all
seems to be back to working without the DllOverides previously employed to solve
this problem.
I guess that means you can close this bug :)
thanks!

Summary: Crash on Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 install
Product: Wine
Version: CVS
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-binary

I'm running clean wine installation from CVS.
I've done only two fixes before running the installer:
1. Wine is set to emulate winxp, since Dreamweaver MX 2004 does not run on
win9x.
2. I needed to copy stdole32.tlb from Windows XP.
Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 installation crashes at Macromedia Extensions
installer as follows:
