And so it goes on until ctrl-c is pressed. On a stand alone installation of Fedora without LDAP there is no problem. Seems like wine can't wait for the LDAP information to reach it. I don't get a segfault though, but never ending threads that ends with an Unhandled exception. My setup consists of a linuxbox that gets all authentication from LDAP. The root user kan run wine just fine, ordinary users cannot. Root isn't authenticated from LDAP. Running a name-cache on the klient solves the problem. Can you check whether it is somewhere in windows/ or windows/system?
