I noticed the ./cron/cleanup.php script was not configured to run daily
anymore. This should be resetup, but I want to be sure it works first before
doing so.
In order to do so, it needs --dryrun command line option to the script that
will just report on the tasks it will complete. This way I can test that it
works. It should do everything but change any database rows, and avoid sending
email.
I noticed it is currently setup to email the appdb admins of every run. Instead
the cron script should save a log somewhere. Possibly to a db table. Logs older
than 30 days could get auto purged.
Are we purging stale accounts? I know it purges maintainers, but does it also
purge deadbeat accounts? Perhaps the system considers every user a maintainer.
Verify and let me know. Currently there are over 90K accounts, so getting that
table down a bit should help performance.

I noticed that when I remap keys in KDE (such as "Left Alt is swapped with Left
Win" in keyboard settings), it's not working with winewayland but works as
expected with winex11 (in XWayland mode).
In particular, in Cyberpunk 2077 when I try to bind some action to a key it
detects "Super_L" (aka Win key) as Alt when XWayland / winex11 are used, but
with winewayland it doesn't and detects actual Alt as Alt ignoring KDE's
override.
Not sure if it's something incomplete on KDE's side or winewayland is doing
something strange?
It happens with KDE Plasma 6.1.4.

VST plugins, that are loaded through tools like yabridge or LinVST can't be
used. If I try to click a button or some other element in the plugins
interface, I have to click way up and way left of the actual displayed thing
(button, knob...).
This occurs in all distros I tested (fedora, endeavouros, openSuse, kubuntu),
from wine version 9.22 up to version 10, stable or staging.
The only way to use windows vst plugins since then is to downgrade to an older
wine version.
If there is anything I can provide to help, please tell me what and how.

Reason 13 Preferences Blank Areas
ReasonStudio's DAW Reason is showing a lot blank areas in its preferences
window (which looks like a standard win32 window). This makes understanding and
interacting with the options of Reason impossible.
How to reproduce:
1. Follow download and installation instructions from here:
2. (if not authorized) click on "run in demo mode"
3. Finish initial configuration wizard
4. Press Alt+Arrow Down to open the main menu, press Arrow Right followed by
Arrow Up to select Edit->Preferences via your keyboard
5. Preferences window opens with blank areas (bug) but behind main app (that's
another wine bug) so change focus to the window that just opened behind Reason
6. Note how "0134:fixme:uxtheme:DrawThemeTextEx unsupported flags 0x00002000"
is being logged multiple times during step 5
The attached zip file contains a screenshot of the preferences window on Wine
(tested with v9.21 and v10.0-rc5, broken from v10.0-rc6 on due
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10845#c29) and on Windows 10 as well as
the log when opening the preferences window.

Log from when the error dialog "Internal Error" is shown
ReasonStudio's DAW Reason v13 and v12 (and possibly earlier versions, too)
behave wrong when having to access a directory that is a symbolic link on the
user's ext4/btrfs drive.
This problem only affects staging builds (tested with v9.21, v9.22 and v10.0).
Builds from the same version via mainline do not exhibit this behavior.
The problems are:
1. Reason fails to start with an "Internal Error" when
$WINEPREFIX/drive_c/users/username/Music is a symbolic link (which is the
default for a new wineprefix)
2. Reason's Browser shows an empty directory if you browse to a directory that
contains a symbolic link
How to reproduce problem 1:
1. Use a staging build of a recent wine version, like 10.0
2. In the following step, ignore the command "winetricks isolate_home" from the
installation instructions as that will replace the user directory's symbolic
links with real directories
3. Follow download and installation instructions from the "Additional Comments"
section here:
https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=42495
4. Running from the instructions will fail with an error dialog showing
"Internal Error"
How to reproduce problem 2:
1. Use a staging build of a recent wine version, like 10.0
2. In the following step, do execute the command "winetricks isolate_home" from
the installation instructions so the app starts
3. Follow download and installation instructions from the "Additional Comments"
section here:
https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=42495
4. (if not authorized) click on "run in demo mode" (dialog might open without
focus behind Reason's splash screen)
5. Finish initial configuration wizard
6. In a path your current Wineprefix can access, create a symbolic link to a
directory
7. Open Reason's Browser (F9)
8. Navigate to the directory containing your newly created symbolic link via
the browser's side pane "Computer" -> the directory containing the symbolic
link will be shown as empty
Both problems do not happen in a mainline build indicating that this only
happens in staging builds. I've attached a log from when the "Internal Error"
dialog is shown.

ReasonStudio's DAW Reason is opening its preferences window (and possibly
others) without focus, so it lands behind the main app and can go easily
unnoticed.
How to reproduce:
1. Follow download and installation instructions from here:
2. (if not authorized) click on "run in demo mode"
3. Finish initial configuration wizard
4. Press Alt+Arrow Down to open the main menu, press Arrow Right followed by
Arrow Up to select Edit->Preferences via your keyboard (workaround for
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10845)
5. Preferences window opens but behind main app
Wine v10.0-rc6 broke the workaround from step 4 (see
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10845#c29) so until that's fixed you
won't be able to proceed at step 4 using Wine v10.0-rc6 or later.

messages. On Linux, at least, the way to do this is
probably to send the packet, wait a millisec, then do
ioctl SIOCGARP. (Or the command arp -n W.X.Y.Z. Or look in /proc/net/arp.)
It'd be cheesy beans to implement, if anybody cares to.
