When trying to run the Logitech Harmony Remote Software Wine immediately brings
up a crash dialog and the following in the console:

Exactly my point. My script does have a
export WINEPREFIX={WINEPREFIX:-$HOME/.wine}
If it were just for me I can simply do that to all my wine prefixes if/when
ever I change themes.
But I am looking at this as a way that users can run an app in Wine and it
automatically shows up in the current desktop color theme.
If a user runs
$ WINEPREFIX=/path/to/app/prefix wine /path/to/app
then it should show the correct theme colors.
My script would pick up the WINEPREFIX variable if it is started on wineboot,
and write to the correct prefix.
But at this point, if a user changes themes, then he would have to run
$ WINEPREFIX=/path/to/app/prefix /path/to/my/script
on a wine prefix he has, before running an app on that prefix.
I'm looking for a way to automate this.
I'm sorry if I'm not explaining it well. English is not my first language.

You might as well have some startup script that's using WINEPREFIX variable
instead of hardcoded $HOME/.wine. I don't think we need this in wineboot to run
automatically.

I realize that writing it in the Run section of the registry is not what I
need, for two reasons:
1. There is no way to know in advance where all the wine prefixes are.
2. My script writes colors to the registry. If I can write to the Run section,
then I can just the colors directly.
In fact, that is already what I do: I write the colors to $HOME/.wine, but it
does not affect apps in custom prefixes.
What I need is something that is run by wineboot independent of which prefix it
is run on. Thus I need a nix approach, not a win approach, because the latter
would only affect the prefix it is run on.

When I go to the desktop when I'm in map campaign in Cossacks 2 Battle for
Europe(gog version 1.3) then when I back the screen is broke at the bottom and
doesn't show any buttons until I go to battle.
In battle when I use ALT-TAB, then map becomes transparent.
This is shown on pictures on imgur - https://imgur.com/a/zZ8EAHW
Very rarely Cossacks crash when I use ALT-TAB and show this errors

This happens also on my laptop with Intel HD 3000(Mesa 19.3) but also on
computer with GTX 970(Nvidia 440)
This isn't recent bug because this happens to me also 1/2 years ago

Summary: Final Fantasy XIV crashes on game startup on wine-6.21
Product: Wine

As of 6.21, the game (Final Fantasy XIV) crashes on startup as soon as you try
using any launcher, as the crash happens from ffxiv_dx11.exe (the game's actual
executable). This only happens of 6.21, as going back to 6.20 fixes this issue.
Unfortunately the only relevant error is a page fault and wine even fails to
attach a debugger and gather a stack trace.
I unfortunately don't have time today to perform a bisect, but I'll try to run
one as soon as possible.

Backtrace of crash automatically generated by Wine
I've installed CreateInstall Setup Extractor through Wine on my Linux machine.
Installation was successful, though there were many warnings in a terminal.
The common warnings/errors were:
wine: Read access denied for device L"\\??\\Z:\\", FS volume label and serial
are not available.
genteert.dll: file not found
0009:err:richedit:ReadStyleSheet skipping optional destination
Automatic configuration caused some warnings/errors too, but it finished
successfully.
Then, I tried to launch a program, but it crashed, raising a page fault on read
access.
